face locker
Custom locker with face support. Also encrypted phone support. I have had apps that unlock the phone without face /pin.

screen and drawer transistions
I would really like to have some more screen & drawer transitions. Apex has done an awesomejob intergrating the transitions, but alot of the transitions that apex offers, adw had. Since I upgraded from adw to apex, it would be really cool to see some new transitions.
I have used alot of home replacement apps, so far apex is the best, hands down. But it would be even better if we can get all of the popular transitions on apex. Apex has the really cool "cross" transition, but it would be cool to see the circle transition from go launcher,…

move icons up or down on home screen freely so the icons don't look weirdly spaced
The ability to move all icons at once to center them on the screen better than currently available/

scrollable contact widget
The largest contacts widget is limited to 9 contacts. It would be nice if you could have unlimited contacts that you could scroll through (similar to Launcher Pro).

As Samsung basic luncher, Page Buddy function add on apex launcher...

I like APEX
My opinion is Samsung Galaxy Note II Function 'page buddy'
Apex Launcher is Best of Best

Backing up both setting and icons as a Theme to SD Card.
I would love to be able to back up the Desktop and Settings as a Theme. As I like to change icons but leave the same layout. This would be very helpful. It could make for sharing settings and layout easier as well.

To be able to lay icons over widgets.
Platform for folders like Nova... And icons lay over top of widgets. Please... Only two things I miss about Nova.

Ability to drop fequently accessed documents onto the home screen for instant access
I have a price list that I need to access frequently. It would be nice to add the doc to the home screen for instant access rather than having to open the app then load the file....

Side Dock (in both side would be better) like Ubuntu Mobile OS or TSF Shell

Hide navigation bar at bottom for full screen
Hide navigation bar to have full screen, new devices comes with home/back/serch buttons on screen, hide it
