                • Option to force app default icons

I'm having a problem with my default launcher (I'm running Huawei P7 with EMUI 3.0) "rounding" and changing every icon once app is installed. I've noticed that sometimes Apex forces app icons on my home screen to become their normal when I change my drawer settings. Unfortunately, it doesn't stay there and changes back after a while, and moreover, it doesn't affect icons in the drawer.

I don't know how it's done, but maybe it could be useful for someone else too.

                  • Vertical scrolling as an alternative to the app drawer

As an alternative replacement to the app drawer I suggest to place all the apps below the home screen where they are available through vertical continuous (non-paginated) scrolling from the home screen. As a user scrolls down the content of the home screen scrolls up as well, and pressing the home button would go back to the top. The benefit of this is that there is no need for a button for the app drawer (so one more space on the dock) and it can be more natural and easier to access the apps. The user, based on the alphabetical…

                      • Sort HOME SCREENS alphabetically

It's great to have multiple home screens, but as you add icons to them, it's easy to lose where they're placed, especially when the screen is full. So an option to sort them, either alphabetically or other ways e.g. most used, could help locate them quickly.

                        • Pro version with password protected settings

I have to keep reinstalling apex on my 2 year old's galaxy s3. She's a future tech guru and keeps going and deleting apex launcher and having full access to all the apps. It's not a huge deal as I block her internet access at the router via the mac address but she ends up running around the house with the stupid strobe flash light app trying to see if anyone has seizures. I'd be willing to toss a few $ towards a pro version if it included the ability to lock down the phone's settings with a PW. Otherwise,…

                          • fix: Content of folders is invisible in power save mode (CyanogenMod)

In power saving mode, App icons in folders should be visible.

When Power Save mode in CyanogenMod 13 is activated, the app icons in folders of Apex 3.1.0 are hidden. I can only see the folder background. The icons are clickable but invisible. This was the case in older Apex Versions and in older CyanogenMod versions.

                            • App inside the folder still can be alter even when Lock is enabled

When desktop is locked, one could still sort the icons inside the folder in app drawer, and worst, even remove the whole folders, thereby release all the apps inside it to app drawer. This can't be right when 'Lock' is enabled. Please fix that. Thank you.

                                  • intent

This is more of an issue then an idea. I'm a dev of an app that creates shortcuts (this can be done through main app or through add shortcut functionality). One of my users reported an issue with Apex launcher where if you were trying to launch the app after creating the shortcut through "create shortcut", the app wouldn't start.

My suspicion is, that it had something to do with the order of intents on the main activity (see below). Once I swapped it, it seems to started working fine.

                                    <activity
                                    android:name=".ShortcutCreatorActivity"

                                      • Folders within folders

Folders within folders, n levels deep (n according to possibilities set by device memory, at least 1 subfolder level), on desk and maybe the dock too. Please.
